  • Less than 7 days before start: No refund, but you may transfer to another available date

  • If we need to cancel a programme, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund
  • We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur due to cancellation

Programme Attendance

We expect all participants to:

  • Arrive on time for sessions
  • Behave respectfully toward instructors and other participants
  • Engage with the material to the best of their ability

We reserve the right to remove a participant who behaves disruptively, with no refund provided.
