Common questions
Do you offer group discounts for siblings?
Yes. If you're enrolling multiple children from the same family in the same programme, contact us for a sibling discount.
Can schools book programmes for their pupils?
Absolutely. We work with schools across Liverpool to deliver financial literacy education. Get in touch to discuss tailored programmes for your school.
What if my child misses a session?
For group programmes, we provide catch-up materials and a brief one-on-one session to ensure they don't fall behind. For one-to-one coaching, we simply reschedule.
Are online sessions available?
Some programmes can be delivered online via video. This works particularly well for one-to-one coaching and the University Preparation Package. Ask us about online options when you enquire.
What safeguarding measures are in place?
All our staff hold enhanced DBS certificates and have completed safeguarding training. We maintain comprehensive safeguarding policies and procedures in line with current guidance.
My child has additional needs. Can you accommodate them?
We work with children with a range of additional needs and learning differences. Contact us to discuss your child's specific requirements so we can ensure they get the most from our programmes.
Finding us
Our venue is in Liverpool city centre, easily accessible by public transport. Detailed directions are provided when you book a programme.
For families outside Liverpool, some programmes are available online, and we occasionally run sessions in nearby areas. Ask about options when you contact us.
